Which data are being recorded and for how long
For each request of a file out of our website, the following access data are stored for a duration of max. 6 months:
the page from which the file has been requested, the file name, the date and the time, the data volume, the access status (file transmitted, file not found, etc.) a description of the used web browser and the IP-address of the requesting computer as well as the system software. In case of keyword protected domains, the user name is stored (Login name).

The stored data are exclusively analysed for internal statistical evaluations.  Personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), which are explicitly voluntarily given on our website are basically not passed on to third parties except this is inevitable for contractual fulfillment or as far as requested by you.
